Return & Replacement Policy

At The Skin Revolution, we prioritize your satisfaction and the health of your skin. We work diligently to deliver high-quality serums to enhance your skincare routine.

If you are not completely satisfied with your serum purchase for any reason, we’d love to hear from you. Please share your feedback by writing to us at wecare@theskinrevolution.co.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on serums once they have been opened or used. Skincare is personal, and for hygiene reasons, used or opened products cannot be resold or repackaged.

However, if your serum is unopened and unused, and you wish to return it, we will gladly issue a full refund on any full-priced, non-personalized product returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Simply contact us at wecare@theskinrevolution.co to initiate the return process. Please note that if we arrange for the return pickup, the postage cost will be deducted from your refund.

Products purchased during sales are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please inspect it carefully upon delivery and report any issues on the same day. Claims for damages or shortages must be accompanied by an unboxing video and reported via email at wecare@theskinrevolution.co or by calling (+91) 1603552875. An unboxing video is mandatory to process any claim.

Please allow us 1 to 3 weeks from the receipt of your returned package for your request to be processed. The refund will be issued once the product passes our quality inspection.
